Ingredients

1 lb frozen strawberries (about 4 cups)
2 cups frozen diced pineapple
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup cold water

Procedure

To make the Strawberry Pineapple Sorbet:  Combine all ingredients in food processor or high-speed blender.  Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.  Add more water, if needed, to reach a pourable consistency.  Pour into serving cups.  Garnish with strawberries or pineapple.  Serve immediately.

Chef's Tip:  To keep cold longer, chill your serving cups for at least 1 hour before making this sorbet.

Chef's Tips: For enjoying later, tightly cover the I-Scream with plastic and place back in the freezer for up to two hours. Or store in the freezer for up to a month.  Simply let thaw about 15-20 minutes before enjoying.  Add flavor twists by adding 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ginger, espresso powder, or pumpkin pie spice mix.
