There's no way to get around it. Sometimes you just want warm, creamy, chocolate.
Here's a guilt-free chocolate sauce you can make it just 1 minute. All you need are a few key ingredients that you can keep stocked in your pantry: cocoa powder, vanilla, non-dairy milk, and a banana.
My Chef's tip is to warm the banana in the microwave. This will help intensify the natural sweetness of the banana...plus it helps emulsify the cocoa powder for a richer consistency.
For the 1 Minute Chocolate Sauce:
1/4 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Sliced peach, apple, or pineapple, to serve
